BackGround

BackGround was founded in 2012, by veterans of the security services, who have extensive experience in conducting security investigations and determining the level of risk before hiring. When established, BackGround's goal was to carry out credible and trustworthy tests for new employees in both small and large organizations in the private sector in Israel.

The method that BackGround developed for determining the level of risk of a potential candidate is an innovative process in Israel that initiated only in the last decade. We at BackGround, are proud to be among the first companies in Israel to conduct security checks and classifications for the private market. Since we were founded, we have conducted thousands of security checks for new job applicants.

Our goal is to implement background checks and determine the level of risk in as many businesses as possible with an emphasis on new employees in order to save the employer future expenses.

BackGround prevented an unreliable candidate from joining the company in a very senior position: "We received a candidate's resume that appeared to be very professional and reliable.
After a comprehensive background investigation into her employment history, we discovered that the employee lied about the circumstances of her termination at the past companies she worked for.
She is not a reliable person and does not get along with her co-workers, and other information that we cannot reveal. We recommended her disqualification from the job and thus prevented a great deal of damage to the company where she applied for.
